Highlights of Canada  Day across Windsor–Essex 2025

Windsor:
Start the morning with the Canada Day Parade (11 AM, Ouellette Ave), then stroll University Street’s Arts Fair (10 AM–3 PM) for local crafts and performances. Consider capping the day with a peaceful scenic cruise on the Detroit River at 2 PM 

Amherstburg:
The day kicks off with a spirited Run/Walk/Wheel 5 K at 9 AM, followed by a full range of family activities: food trucks, live music, and a vibrant fireworks show at dusk in King’s Navy Yard Park .

Tecumseh:
From 1–4 PM at Lakewood Park, enjoy free treats, arts and crafts, inflatable games and more a perfect family-friendly afternoon .

LaSalle:
The party moves into evening at LaSalle Landing with street performers and a fascinating drone show from 5–11 PM 

Kingsville:
A big celebration at the arena fields starts at 4 PM with live music, family fun zones and a foam party, all wrapped up by fireworks at 10 PM .

Harrow & Lakeshore:
Harrow Fairgrounds light up from 5 PM with local flair  while Lakeshore kicks off its downtown parade at ~3:45 PM .

Leamington:
Catch the Music Onthe42 concert at Sunset Amphitheatre (featuring Forever Seger) at 7:30 PM 

Pelee Island:
A serene island celebration with a parade along the West Shore and a fireworks display
